Under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or assigned personnel, the Staff Research Associate II position supports the efforts of the PI’s Research Program which encompasses a set of multi-disciplinary research studies funded by the National Institutes of Health. The overarching aims of this program are (1) to elucidate the influential biological, behavioral and psychosocial factors related to child and adolescent behavioral and mental health conditions; and (2) to identify the underlying mechanisms of interventions/treatments for such behavioral/mental health conditions.
The overall goal of this position is to contribute to the scientific goals of the project with respect to MRI (including structural MRI, resting-state and task-based functional MRI, and diffusion tensor imaging) image acquisition and analysis. Responsibilities include: subject enrollment and scheduling; operating the MRI scanner, and collecting data using a variety of imaging protocols; image processing and analysis in MRI, fMRI and DTI studies; prepare figures and tables of statistical results for presentations, publication, grant applications and annual reports; assist in the development of study-specific analysis.

Salary: Hourly $22.46 – $27.92
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Work Schedule: May include evenings and weekends.
