Title: Payroll Clerk – Temporary

Department: Finance

Location: Carey Road Administrative Office, Queensbury NY

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Summary :
The Payroll Clerk will have responsibility for assisting in the payroll process for Hudson Headwaters Health Network and shall work with the Payroll Coordinator and other accounting and benefits staff to provide accurate and timely financial information.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and health care related experience

Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle deadlines in a positive manner

Exhibits a high level of financial confidentiality

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ADP, or related payroll applications
