Functional Description:

What you can expect:

A Marketing Analyst at PepsiCo will provide marketing and analytical support to senior managers regarding the development of various marketing initiatives and assist PepsiCo in achieving their short and long-term business strategy. An Analyst supports projects including new product launches, consumer promotions, and graphics development. The position requires significant interaction with various marketing agencies and partners to help bring the brand strategy to life. In addition to the creative side, this position requires a highly quantitative skill set and comfort with analyzing data to develop detailed and thought provoking strategic analyzes and recommendations. To accomplish this, the analyst will be required to use a number of databases and scanner data systems.

Position accountabilities may include:

  • Participating in new product launches and strategic brand repositioning
  • Assisting in the development and execution of consumer promotions at event and retail levels
  • Tracking and analyzing business performance results
  • Providing on-going analysis of the competitive landscape
  • Assisting in the development and management of the yearly budget
  • Developing and maintaining an effective cross-functional working relationship in addition to managing relationships with external agencies

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Marketing or Business (other related majors will be considered)
  • Proven leadership through involvement in at least one extracurricular activity
  • Previous marketing / relevant experience (on- or off- campus; either through part time jobs or through academic clubs)
  • Unique experiences that demonstrate creative thinking and a passion for marketing (welcomed)
  • Potential work locations include:

  • Purchase/White Plains, NY

Minimum Qualifications – Each candidate is expected to:

  • Be completing their final year of undergraduate studies
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full time start date
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Include GPA (unless your school has a non-disclosure policy) and stack-ranked location preference on submitted resume
  • Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future
  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation
