Performs a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative duties. Performs duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgment; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


  • Coordinates and conducts candidate interviews
  • Conducts reference and background checks for Corporate and Retail Management candidates
  • Organize and maintain candidate recruitment databases
  • Post monthly on LVMH Talent Link in conjunction with Employee Referral send
  • Partners with the Travel Department to coordinate candidate travel
  • Support organizational talent pipeline objectives through sourcing methods
  • Creates a welcoming environment for internal and external visitors

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently at times
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
