Work for a progressive agency in the fight against hunger, homelessness and poverty in Southern Chester County! This exciting position provides case management to support recently homeless clients to assure long term housing stability. Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of individual participant needs and collaboration with multiple agencies. Routine home visitation and occasional client transport requires this position to work in the field up to 20 hours per week.
REQUIRED: Bilingual; Spanish/English a MUST ; Bachelor’s Degree; must have own reliable transportation, be very organized; ability to prioritize and work independently; excellent communications and computer skills; ability to work with diverse populations. Preferred qualifications: MSW, 2+ years experience, knowledge of nonprofit & social service agencies.
