Fast Food/Casual Operational Manager 216 views

Responsibilities include :

  • Deliver high quality food and promote excellent customer service
  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness and security
  • Plan and work to budget, maximize profits and achieve sales targets
  • Help with making and serving crepes and drinks
  • Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
  • Ensure standards of hygiene and dress code is maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
  • Organize and order inventory and supplies, Inventory Management
  • Assist with Promotions and Marketing
  • Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics
  • Handle customer complaints and queries
  • Prepare reports and invoices for our bookkeeping department
  • Report to, and attend regular meetings with area managers and owners of the business
