Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position will be providing quality care for families requesting information or services in our Care Department. A thorough understanding of the company, our philosophy, and our services is required for this individual to be an effective one-stop service for our clients. We are looking for someone with high energy that can provide excellent customer service in a warm, inviting way and have the ability to empathize and provide hope to those in need. This is a highly visible role in the company and you will be required to be polished, professional and personable over the phone and through email as you are a representative of our company. This is a Temp (6 months) Full-time non-exempt position, and you will be eligible for overtime.

Their responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Answer calls in a warm manner and forwarding/taking messages for the Care Manager/Liaison

Possess an in-depth understanding of our company’s vision and services to provide the best customer service to our current and prospective clients

Assist the Care Liaison with Client Onboarding by creating profiles, following up on agreements etc.

Update report tracker and Google Calendar

Proactively assist our internal customers (BHW staff) and clients

Assist the Care Manager with Credentialing of all licensed individuals

Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors and input and retrieve computerized data

Audit Service Dashboards

The schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Qualifications

Required:
High School Diploma or GED

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to communicate effectively utilizing both written and verbal skills

Previous experience working in a high-level customer service position

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail oriented and independent thinker/self starter

Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance

Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred

Previous work experience in office for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities or therapeutic services such as ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Counseling
