We are seeking an energetic candidate to assist the Finance department with a variety of tasks. This is a temporary position that will likely go through the end of the year with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Help with sales processing
- Support finance department with month and year end processing
- Special projects as needed
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong administrative skills preferably in a finance department
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)
A background check and/or drug test will be required

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
