Liquid Technology ( is a premier IT asset recovery service provider offering a suite of solutions to help companies manage their excess technology, including computer liquidation, data destruction, and more.

We are seeking an energetic candidate to assist the Finance department with a variety of tasks. This is a temporary position that will likely go through the end of the year with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Help with sales processing
  • Support finance department with month and year end processing
  • Special projects as needed

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative skills preferably in a finance department
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)

A background check and/or drug test will be required

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
